MC-10G20 是 乙太網 10G 單模多模轉換器, 用以實現 10GBASE-R 光纖到 10GBASE-R 光纖的通訊媒介轉換. 光纖介面採用標準型的 SFP 插槽, 使用者依據應用環境的需求彈性配置所需的 10G 光纖模組. 兩組插槽分插單多模光纖模組以實現跨越光纖類別的通信. LED指示燈監控光電轉換器的工作狀態, 便於終端用戶觀察和診斷網絡互連故障. 藉由光電轉換器, 可以低成本方式實現埠口介面的單模光纖到多模光纖的轉換, 省卻更換網路交換器的投資.
